Last updated October 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of Grammar Checker AI, an online service that checks and corrects grammar, spelling and punctuation with AI models. By creating an account you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
Your text and the results
You keep the rights to the text you submit and to the corrected text. You are responsible for reviewing a result before you use it and for how you use it.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal content, content that harasses, threatens or impersonates real people, spam, or text that infringes the rights of others. Do not use Grammar Checker AI to break the rules of a school, exam, publisher, employer or platform.
No guarantee of correctness
Grammar Checker AI does not guarantee that a check finds every error or that every change is correct. Review the listed fixes before you rely on the result.
Credits and payments
Checks are paid with credits: 1 credit per word of your text and at least 20 credits per check, shown before you start. New accounts include no credits. Payments are processed by Stripe; subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Copyright complaints (DMCA)
Grammar Checker AI is operated by VIFE Inc.. We respond to notices of claimed copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Send them to our designated agent:
Copyright Agent, VIFE Inc., 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Phone: +1 (848) 384-5044. Email: legal@vife.ai.
A notice must include: (1) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act for them; (2) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate it, such as its URL; (4) your address, telephone number and email address; (5) a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and (6) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send our agent a counter-notification with: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and the location where it appeared before it was removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address and telephone number, with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district of your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which VIFE Inc. may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice or their agent. Unless the complainant tells us it has filed a court action, we restore the material 10 to 14 business days after we receive the counter-notification.
Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). In appropriate circumstances we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
